Looker: an external Enterprise license estimate for 50–100 users, divided by twelve months. Sisense: the median of contracts observed by Vendr, divided by twelve months, with no known user count. These references are not current offers or costs for the same team size.
Power BI: scenarios for 100 users with annual Pro (€12.10/user/month) and pay-as-you-go Fabric in West Europe for 730 hours/month, at €0.1936/CU/hour. F2: €282.66/month for capacity, or €14.93/user/month including Pro. F16: €2,261.25/month for capacity, or €34.71/user/month including Pro. F2 is the minimum supported for Copilot; F16 is an example, not a requirement or a ceiling. Size capacity by measuring usage. Storage, overages and implementation are excluded. Reservations, pausing capacity or already having Pro through Microsoft 365 E5 can reduce costs. These are estimates, not a Microsoft quote or a performance equivalence with Rumbleo.
Included AI means use within the platform, subject to its limits. ChatGPT and Claude subscriptions are purchased separately. Metabase supports your own provider key or its paid AI service. The Power BI price already includes Pro and Fabric capacity for Copilot; AI uses that shared capacity and requires activation and data preparation. Looker includes an AI quota. Confirm Tellius and Sisense terms with their sales teams.
MCP: Metabase documents this connection. ThoughtSpot offers its MCP server as an add-on for Enterprise or Embedded, not the compared Pro plan. Microsoft and Looker require configuration and permissions; Tableau documents MCP for Cloud, so coverage in Next needs confirmation. This feature has not been confirmed in the compared Tellius and Sisense plans.
