Rumbleo terms of use integrated into the Trust Center, governing professional access to the service
These public terms provide a general basis. Economic terms, SLA, support, limits, duration, and specific annexes are governed by the accepted agreement, order, or proposal with each customer organization

Purpose and scope
- 2.1Rumbleo is a conversational business intelligence platform for professional teams in customer organizations
- 2.2The service allows business questions in natural language and analytical answers based on available data, semantic models, settings, and permissions
- 2.3Rumbleo is intended for authorized internal users, not consumers or external end users of the customer organization

Accounts, access, and customer responsibilities
- 3.1Each user must use their account personally, protect credentials, and report unauthorized use
- 3.2The customer organization must designate users, keep permissions updated, and ensure service use fits internal policies
- 3.3SALATECH may suspend or limit access to protect security, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or address incidents

Permitted and prohibited use
- 4.1The user may query analytical information of their organization, create or use permitted agents, review answers, and support business decisions
- 4.2It is prohibited to access unauthorized data, bypass controls, run disallowed technical instructions, or degrade platform availability
- 4.3It is prohibited to introduce malware, unlawful content, third-party secrets, credentials, or information that should not be processed in the service

Data, queries, results, and AI
- 5.1Rumbleo works on data, models, and connections authorized by each customer organization
- 5.2Queries to analytical sources are read-only when the platform acts on customer data
- 5.3Answers may include estimates, interpretations, comparisons, tables, indicators, charts, or recommendations and should be reviewed with professional judgment
- 5.4Rumbleo does not guarantee an answer is complete or accurate where data, semantic model, question, or settings are incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, or incorrect

Agents and user-configured content
- 6.1The platform may allow agents or assistants to be created through instructions written by authorized users
- 6.2The customer organization is responsible for the content, purpose, and use of those agents
- 6.3SALATECH may block or limit agents, prompts, or settings that create risks to security, privacy, stability, or compliance

Intellectual property and confidentiality
- 7.1SALATECH retains rights over Rumbleo, software, interface, components, documentation, design, methodologies, marks, and technical elements
- 7.2The customer organization retains rights over its data, models, content, marks, and business information
- 7.3The parties must treat as confidential non-public information accessed through service use or provision

Privacy, audit, and security
- 8.1Personal data processing is governed by the privacy policy and, where applicable, the DPA
- 8.2The platform may record technical and functional activity to operate, protect, and improve Rumbleo
- 8.3Organization administrators may access aggregate usage statistics, not other users' conversation or question content

Availability, third parties, and liability
- 9.1SALATECH will work to keep Rumbleo available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete absence of errors
- 9.2The service may depend on cloud providers, authentication, AI models, connectors, networks, or customer data sources
- 9.3Rumbleo is a decision-support tool; commercial, financial, operational, employment, legal, or strategic decisions remain with the customer organization
- 9.4To the maximum extent permitted by law, SALATECH is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business loss, data loss caused by external systems, or use contrary to these terms

Law, jurisdiction, and changes
- 10.1These terms are governed by Spanish law
- 10.2Unless mandatory law states otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Zaragoza
- 10.3SALATECH may update these terms to reflect legal, technical, operational, or commercial changes. The current version will be available on this page
