How to read this list
1.1A subprocessor is a provider that may process personal data on behalf of SALATECH to help provide Rumbleo where SALATECH acts as processor
1.2The listed location summarizes the main region or provider headquarters. The effective region may depend on cloud configuration, provider agreement, and enabled functionality

Main subprocessors
- 2.1Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL / AWS: hosting, network, compute, storage, logs, encryption, secret parameters, managed authentication, and cloud services. Main location: European Union, with primary deployment in eu-west-1 (Ireland) and global provider support
- 2.2OpenAI, L.L.C.: AI models for generation, interpretation, and conversational assistance only when OpenAI is configured. Rumbleo does not share data for training and should operate under API/business terms with no training by default unless explicitly opted in. Location: global provider with possible international transfers under its terms and configuration
- 2.3Google LLC: Google Analytics for basic public-site measurement and Google reCAPTCHA for form protection when enabled. Location: global provider
- 2.4Slack Technologies, LLC: receipt of demo requests or internal notices through webhook when configured. Location: global provider

Data that may be processed
- 3.1Account, authentication, and role data
- 3.2Questions, answers, conversation context, and agents used
- 3.3Semantic models, query metadata, metrics, and dimensions
- 3.4Analytical results, tables, charts, documents, and generated artifacts
- 3.5Logs, errors, usage, IP, browser, timestamps, and security events
- 3.6Demo or support messages if the user submits them through forms or connected channels

Subprocessor changes
4.1SALATECH may update this list to reflect additions, removals, replacements, or provider-use changes
4.2Where a change is material and affects customer data processing, we will try to communicate it through reasonable means or according to the applicable agreement
